The 500W Tactile Dimmer Module is an electronic dimmer which can be used on most types of dimmable LEDs and all incandescent lamps. Dimming is controlled by holding down the button until the desired light level is set and then releasing the switch face to stop dimming. If the dimmer is released and then held down again the dimming will change direction and increase or decrease depending on the previous dimming action. The dimmer has a memory so once a light level has been set every time one turns on the lights the light intensity will return to its previously set position. The dimmer uses trailing edge technology. Due to different technology used in different brands of LEDs, Major Tech can only guarantee compatibility with all of Major Tech?s dimmable LEDs and any brand of incandescent lamps.
